Up Front and Honest Discounts and Prices
Discounts
We get it! Life is hard! We offer DISCOUNTS that are combinable to 40 PERCENT! Are you a senior? Military? First responder? Medical staff? Teacher? Just call us, we offer discounts and specials in order to help people. We also offer discounts on the many people from our commercial customers and other regulars that have enjoyed special discounts on work done to their personal homes or vise versa. We thank our friends on both sides of the time clock.
Primary labor
95 per hour, + half hour travel @ 85 per hour + truck charge (30) = 167.50 and regular hourly after
95 per hour is the charge for the first technician or craftsman on site for most jobs. Most jobs get a half hour travel charge based on 85 per hour (in county) and a 30 dollar truck charge. Some jobs are simple and are much lower cost (see next tab). This is taken on a job to job basis and is part of initial consultation or estimation. We recommend calling, texting or emailing us for discussion. Some of our customers even just send a picture and a description for their restaurants and homes.
Secondary Labor

This is a secondary rate used for a second person on the job-site, for simpler jobs that do not require skilled labor and for a few other special situations.
After Hours and Emergency Calls
150 per hour and above
We also offer 24/7/365 emergency call coverage for commercial and residential clients. We have for over a decade. We also offer overnight work in cases when it is needed to avoid conflicts with daily business. Please keep in mind that as free Americans we also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and we are still restricted by natural human limits as anybody is, but there are multiples of us so we’re pretty effective and happy to help if we can. :-)
